It would mean a lot to me...I don't really like going into personal things like this, and it'll be hard to explain without going into a bit of detail, but...

The issue is that my parents have found another house that they want to buy, and are more than likely going to soon. They're tired of this place because they've been here forever and because there are so many repairs that need to be made that they just want to get out of here.
